here is a tip,
u need to make ur app bigger if u want that ur chance to get staff is bigger.
make ur app colourfull
make it long
tell as much about urself and why u need staff and say some other usefull stuff for getting faster a good replie from mods
and make ur app not full of crap (not that urs is) but make it contains usefull stuff.
